Mark Lutton Consulting Director

Mark is the Owner and Consulting Director of L&Z Management specialising in operational excellence training programs and implementation. He has successfully developed industry leading operational organisations across Europe, America, Middle East and Asia.
Whilst working across all aspects of the value chain Mark enjoys orchestrating order from chaos with a cultivated aptitude for creative planning and following through to project completion using his Prince 2 project management and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma skills. Having worked on manufacturing footprint and capital investment projects delivering accumulated savings of over US$40M he is able to assess an organisation's strengths and weaknesses to deliver creative solutions tailored to its optimal potential. 
Mark’s who started working in the field of manufacturing originates from the UK and is MBA qualified with an Engineering degree from Brunel University.  Experience ranges from research and development specialist, production manager, industrial engineer through to chief operating officer in industries as diverse as process equipment, postal, hospitality, fashion, banking and industrial doors. Be it creating strategic business plans, restructuring organisations or designing and leading educational training courses Mark’s vision is to inspire anyone to be a Lean expert in their field of operation. When he is not under the water with a scuba tank photographing fish Mark is to be found on his yoga mat regenerating his body after many years of action on the rugby pitch.
